Crowder College Business Scholarship—Scholarship for incoming freshman majoring in business, accounting, management, medical office administration, and office administration. www.crowder.edu/foundation/scholarships/application. Click on Foundation and under the question regarding programs of study—select appropriate business major. You must upload your official transcript. Let Ms. Sanders know and she can email you a transcript that you can upload. Deadline is 4-1-2018.
American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship--$500 scholarship. Based on need, initiative, character, academic achievement, 3.0 GPA. See counselor for application Deadline 4-1-2018
Diamond R-IV High School Alumni Memorial Scholarship--Scholarship amount varies based on funds. Seniors who are going to 2 or 4-year college or university with criteria based on academic achievement, financial need, and community service. See Ms. Sanders for application. Application and letters of reference due by 4-2-2018.
Kenneth L. Short Memorial Scholarship –Scholarship award $1000. Students enrolling in college to pursue a career in food service/hospitality industry. Criteria based on academic achievement, school and community involvement, and work experience. Requires essay, application, letter of recommendation, and transcript. Shelter Foundation Scholarship—2 $1000 scholarships for Diamond High School seniors. See counselor for application. Deadline 4-6-18

New-Mac Electric Cooperative Scholarship—10 $500 scholarships, nonrenewable. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have a parent/guardian part of the New-Mac Electric Cooperative. Immediate family member of New-Mac Electric employees/board members are not eligible. See counselor for application. Deadline 4-6-2018
Delbert M. Goen Living Trust Scholarship--$2000 Scholarship. Senior must demonstrate academic ability, involvement in school and community activities, display outstanding character and moral strength, and must be accepted into college. See Ms. Sanders for application. Deadline 4-6-2018
Shreiber Foods Scholarship--$250 Scholarship. Priority will be given to a child of a current Shreiber Partner, however, any student can apply, 3.0 GPA, 1st time college student entering as a freshman, applying to 2 or 4 year school. See Ms. Sanders for application. Deadline 4-15-2018
Southwest Missouri Chapter of Whitetails Unlimited--$500 Scholarship. Senior, minimum 3.0 GPA, planning to major in an outdoor related course of study, 500 word essay on why you love the outdoors. Mail to: Scott Redshaw 609 Commercal Purdy, MO 65734. Deadline is April 15th.

Davenport Scholarship--Non-renewable scholarship awarded to senior. Must have minimum 2.0 GPA at end of 7 semesters; display qualities of character, citizenship, and involvement in school activities; must be accepted and enrolled at an approved college or university. The Elaine Chapin Fund--$1000 Scholarship. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of financial need, academic standing and the impact with which multiple sclerosis has affected their lives. B. Davis Scholarship—High school juniors and seniors can apply. Include your name and the school you attend this year and next year, and future plans. Write a 1000-word essay on “Describe the three characteristics of leadership you value most.
