James L. and Nellie M. Westlake Scholarship Program--Scholarship award for tuition, fees, books, and supplies. Eligibility: Missouri resident, senior planning to attend 4 year college or 2 year college with plans to transfer to 4 year college, minimum 2.5 G.P.A., family adjusted gross income of $50,000 or less. https://www.scholarsapply.org/westlake. Foundation of Epsilon Sigma Alpha--Several scholarships posted on this website (search by state). Based on character, leadership, service, scholastic ability, financial need. https://epsilonsigmaalpha.org. Deadline 2-1-2018

Mediacom World Class Scholarship Program--Scholarship amount $1000. Based on academic achievement and leadership. www.mediacomworldclass.com Deadline 2-16-2018 

Missouri Corn Scholarship--$1000 scholarship. Requires application form, transcript, and 1 letter of recommendation. http://www.mocorn.org/resources/education/scholarships/

Missouri Society of CPA's--$500 scholarship. This scholarship is for seniors who are planning to study accounting in college. Scholarship App Recommendation Form, MOCPA membership App. Deadline 2-23-18.

FCS Financial Scholarship Program--Criteria based on rank, GPA or ACT scores. Must be a relative of FCS Financial customer in good standing. Deadline 3-1-2018. www.myfcsfinancial.com/scholarships.

Project 21 2018 Scholarship program--Two 1st place scholarships of $1500 and four 2nd place scholarships of $1000. Write an essay/article or create a poster or video about the dangers of underage gambling. Entries must be published or displayed at the student's high school for a week between 12-1-17 and 2-15-2018. See counselor for application. Deadline 3-1-2018

Farm Bureau Scholarship--Several scholarships with varying criteria and awards amounts. www.mofb.org Click on Promotion and Education-Scholarships.  Deadlines vary in March 2018

Bob Nichols Memorial Environmental Scholarship--Scholarship award $500. Scholarship for students enrolling full-time at a college or university who are majoring in an environmental related field. Please visit website for application and full details. Deadline 3-1-18. http://www.envtaskforce.com/.

National Farmers Farm Kids for College Scholarship--Scholarship award $1000. Seniors enrolling in an accredited college majoring in agriculture. Requires application, essays, letters of reference, transcript, ACT scores, and photo. See Ms. Sanders for application. Deadline 3-1-2018.

Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation Scholarships--Scholarships from $1000-$5000. Diamond R-IV High School Alumni Memorial Scholarship--Scholarship amount varies based on funds. Seniors who are going to 2 or 4 year college or university with criteria based on academic achievement, financial need, and community service. See counselor for application. Application and letters of reference due by 4-2-2018.

Kenneth L. Short Memorial Scholarship--Scholarship award $1000. Students enrolling in college to pursue a career in food service/hospitality industry. Criteria based on academic achievement, community involvement, and work experience. Requires essay, application, letter of recommendation, and transcript. Shelter Insurance Foundation Scholarship--2 $1000 scholarships for Diamond High School seniors. See counselor for application. Deadline 4-6-2018

Diamond Gem Fund Scholarship--3 $400 Scholarship awards for seniors. See counselor for application. Deadline 4-6-2018

New-Mac Electric Cooperative--10 $500 non-renewable scholarships. Seniors enrolling in college, minimum 3.0 GPA, and parent/guardian must be a member of New-Mac Electric Cooperative. Immediate family members of New-Mac Electric employees/board members are ineligible. See counselor for application. Deadline 4-6-2018
